Lock sets may not be changed and padlocks are not allowed, if either of these occurs you will be charged $50.00 to change the locks back. These costs become additional rent.

I understand that if evicted the security deposit will be used for damages first then back rent.

I understand the washing machines, dishwashers and pets are not allowed. If found there will be a $50.00 a day fine and eviction proceedings will be started. These costs become additional rent

I understand that after the fifth day of the month a 5% late fee will be added to any unpaid balance. This late fee will become additional rent.
