I understand that I must give a written 30 day notice to vacate the apartment. This must be received on the 1st day of the previous month. SECURITY DEPOSIT CAN NOT BE USED FOR LAST MONTHS RENT

I understand that I am to inform the landlords in writing within 1 week, if the number of residents in the household should change
