I understand that I must give a written 30 day notice to vacate the apartment. This must be received on the 1st day of the previous month. SECURITY DEPOSIT CAN NOT BE USED FOR LAST MONTHS RENT

I understand that I am to inform the landlords in writing within 1 week, if the number of residents in the household should change

I understand that I am responsible for all costs associated with the collection of past due rent ($5.00 - Pick up rent; $20.00 - Three Day Notice; $100.00 min. - All Court Costs) These costs become additional rent.
